Singer-songwriter Isa Tabasuares, originally from the Philippines, moved to Berlin in 2006, attracted by the city's scene of artistic people and its sheer endless possibilities. Surrounded by international music and a very diverse culture, her own artistic talents in singing, guitar playing and writing songs have been encouraged well and reflect the variety of genres that influence her style. Her singing style has been called mysterious and authentic. Her debut album βThis Mess We Madeβ is coming out Nov 3 this year. She wants to combine her rich experience with music with a cause close to her heart as a Filipino: supporting reforestation efforts in the Philippines with the Mindanao-based Hineleban Foundation.
